    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup water

    2 tablespoon oil

    2 tablespoons vinegar

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

    1-1/2 tablespoons catsup

    1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

    1 tablespoon water

    1 tablespoon bourbon

    1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

    Recipe



    1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small skillet and bring to boil over high heat.

    2. Mix the remaining water and bourbon with cornstarch, add to skillet and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    3. Serve a few tablespoons over steak.

    Yields about 3/4 cup
