Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small skillet and bring to boil over high heat. 2. Mix the remaining water and bourbon with cornstarch, add to skillet and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Serve a few tablespoons over steak. Yields about 3/4 cup
