2 medium tomatoes, peeled
1/4 small cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Chop tomato into small cubes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and let stand 30 minutes.
