    1 stick butter

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 cups commercial sour cream

    1/4 cup chopped chives

    1/3 cup chopped cucumber

    Recipe



    1. Cream together butter, Parmesan cheese, and salt.

    2. Blend in sour cream, chives and cucumber. Spoon over vegetables.

    Yields about 3 cups
