    1-1/2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)

    1/4 cup sugar

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


    Recipe



    1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

    2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

    3. Serve this dessert sauce on waffles, pancakes or ice cream.
