Recipe Link: http://communities.msn.com/recipesfornoncooks/soupsampstews.msnwList of Ingredients 3 cups plain yogurt 1/2 cup half and half 1 chopped hard-cooked egg 1/2 cup water 1 cucumber, chopped 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/4 to 1/2 cup raisins (optional) 2 teaspoons salt or to taste 1/2 teaspoon white pepper or to taste 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon chopped dill for garnish Recipe 1. Place yogurt in a large bowl. Add half and half, egg, water, cucumber, green onions, raisins, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate. 2. Top with chopped parsley and dill before serving. Serves 8
