Set aside. Bring chicken broth and next 6 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Add tortellini, and boil 5 more minutes. Stir in shrimp and carrots; reduce heat, and simmer about 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley; serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings
