1/4 teaspoon EACH salt, dried whole oregano, and dried whole basil
Dash of pepper
1 (16-ounce) package frozen perch fillets
1 (4-1/2-ounce) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 (6-1/2 ounce) can minced clams, undrained
Recipe
1. Coat a Dutch oven with vegetable cooking spray; add oil and place over medium heat until hot. Add green bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until tender. Add next 8 ingredients; bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Cook perch according to package directions; cut into small pieces. Add perch, shrimp and clams to tomato mixture; cover and simmer an additional 3 minutes.
