    1-1/2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 onion, sliced
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    3 teaspoons minute tapioca
    6 carrots, sliced
    3 stalks of celery, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water

    Recipe



    1. Grease a casserole dish and put in cubed beef; add the rest of the ingredients in the order given.

    2. Cover and bake in a 250°F oven for 4 hours.
