    Fennel and Celery Stir-Fry

    List of Ingredients

    1 large bulb fennel, sliced (Trim bulb base and leaves. Using a sharp knife, cut through the bulb of the fennel vertically.)

    1 package of celery, sliced

    3 tablespoons oil

    2 tablespoons dry sherry (Optional)

    3 tablespoons light soy sauce

    Salt and pepper to taste

    2 scallions, finely sliced

    Celery leaves for garnish

    Recipe

    1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or a wok, add the sliced fennel and celery and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    2. Add the sherry, soy sauce and seasoning. Continue to stir-fry over medium heat for a further 2 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

    3. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with the scallions and garnish with the celery leaves and serve.

    Serves 4.
