    List of Ingredients




    3 medium parsnips (about 1 pound)

    2 tablespoons butter or margarine

    1 tablespoon honey

    1 teaspoon grated orange rind

    2 tablespoons orange juice

    Recipe



    1. Peel parsnips and cut in 1/4-inch diagonal slices. Cook in a small amount of lightly salted boiling water until tender; drain.

    2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer a few minutes.

    Serves 4
