List of Ingredients




1 small onion, minced

1 stalk celery chopped

Few sprigs parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 cups cooked peas, drained

1 (No. 2) can whole-kernel corn or 2 cups cooked fresh corn

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/2 cup commercial sour cream

1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice

Recipe



1. Cook onion, celery and parsley in melted butter until tender. Add drained peas and corn, salt, pepper, and basil. Heat and blend gently.

2. Just before serving add sour cream and lemon juice.

Serves 6 to 8
