    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well

    2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

    2 tablespoons butter, melted

    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole dish.

    2. Combine the softened cream cheese with the melted butter. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Stir in spinach.

    3. Spoon into prepared dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.

    Serves 6
