    List of Ingredients




    4 pounds fresh spinach, well rinsed

    1/2 cup water

    1/2 cup Parmesan

    1/2 cup whipping cream

    1/3 cup butter, melted

    1/3 cup finely chopped onion

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    1/3 cup breadcrumbs

    Recipe



    1. Combine the spinach and water and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, drain.

    2. Combine the next 5 ingredients and add to spinach.

    3. Place in an 11 x 7 x 1-1/2 inch casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.

    4. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes until thoroughly heated.

    Serves 6
