3 medium turnips, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1 pound)

1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add bouillon granules, onion, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt and cinnamon; stir until granules dissolve. Stir in turnips.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until turnips are tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Transfer turnips to a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
