    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (include broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)

    2/3 cup white wine

    2 teaspoons fresh dill, minced

    3/4 teaspoon garlic, minced

    2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and keep warm.

    2. Bring the liquid remaining in the pot to a boil. Lower the heat and reduce by 1/3.

    3. Pour over the cooked vegetables and serve.
