    Marshmellow Creme Fudge

    A favorite around the holidays. Easy to make but not very healthy. But then, who cares!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Evaporated Milk
    • 4 1/2 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla
    • 1/2 stick Butter
    • 1 jar Marshmellow Creme
    • 24 oz. package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    • Optional:
    • Walnuts or Pecans, 1 cup chopped.


    Instructions


    1. Add the evaporated milk, butter, and sugar to a large sauce pan. Heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
    2. Remove from heat.
    3. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add marshmellow creme until well blended. Add nuts if desired.
    4. Pour in well buttered 9" square pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.


    Final Comments


    Makes approximately 3 lbs fudge. As for how many lbs it adds to the individual... Enjoy and have a great holiday!
