Marshmellow Creme Fudge
A favorite around the holidays. Easy to make but not very healthy. But then, who cares!
List of Ingredients
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 4 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 jar Marshmellow Creme
- 24 oz. package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Optional:
- Walnuts or Pecans, 1 cup chopped.
Instructions
- Add the evaporated milk, butter, and sugar to a large sauce pan. Heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Remove from heat.
- Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add marshmellow creme until well blended. Add nuts if desired.
- Pour in well buttered 9" square pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.
Final Comments
Makes approximately 3 lbs fudge. As for how many lbs it adds to the individual... Enjoy and have a great holiday!
