    The old standby. Easy and good.

    Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    Instant minced onion
    Miracle Whip
    Plain melba toast rounds

    I never measure for this recipe. I use 3-4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar. Mix this with instant minced onion to taste, and enough Miracle Whip (must be Miracle Whip) to hold the mixture together. Spread generously on plain melba rounds. Place on a cookie sheet and put under the broiler till bubbly and starting to brown. Watch carefully, they burn very quickly!!
