List of Ingredients
- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
- 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in food processor or mix well in bowl until blended. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or microwave at medium for 2-3 minutes until hot. Sprinkle with paprika. Hot pepper sauce may be added to the mixture before blending. Toasted almonds may also be used on top. Makes about 2 cups.
