    List of Ingredients


    • 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
    • 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients in food processor or mix well in bowl until blended. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or microwave at medium for 2-3 minutes until hot. Sprinkle with paprika. Hot pepper sauce may be added to the mixture before blending. Toasted almonds may also be used on top. Makes about 2 cups.
