- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope beef flavoured dry mushroom soup mix
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Cook broccoli, drain and save. Add water to make 1/2 cup. Add sour cream to liquid nd broccoli and blend until finely pureed. Put in pan and add soup mix, Worcestershire, and garlic and bring to a boil. Pour into fondue pan and serve hot with vegetables.
