    List of Ingredients


    • 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 envelope beef flavoured dry mushroom soup mix
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Cook broccoli, drain and save. Add water to make 1/2 cup. Add sour cream to liquid nd broccoli and blend until finely pureed. Put in pan and add soup mix, Worcestershire, and garlic and bring to a boil. Pour into fondue pan and serve hot with vegetables.
