- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 4 Tbsp. crushed potato chips
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well; shape into balls about the size of a golf ball. Cook 1 hour in a 325 degree oven
