List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. mushrooms, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
- pepper and salt to taste
- 6 strips bacon, cut fine
- 1/4 green pepper, cut fine
Instructions
- Saut� all together in butter until brown. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. flour to thicken; add 1/2 tin cream of mushroom soup. Can be made a day ahead and reheated in a double boiler. Yield: enough for 35 people.
