TZATZIKI (Yogurt Cucumber Dip)

- 1 long English cucumber
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2-1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Grate cucumber into a bowl. Set aside to allow the liquid to drain off. Place garlic and salt in a serving bowl, add yogurt and sour cream. Squeeze out excess liquid from cucumber. Add cucumber to yogurt mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with parsley.
