    TZATZIKI (Yogurt Cucumber Dip)

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 long English cucumber
    • 3 garlic cloves minced
    • 2-1/2 tsp. salt
    • 2 cups plain yogurt
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 tsp. Chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Grate cucumber into a bowl. Set aside to allow the liquid to drain off. Place garlic and salt in a serving bowl, add yogurt and sour cream. Squeeze out excess liquid from cucumber. Add cucumber to yogurt mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with parsley.
