List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. Butterscotch chips
- 1 pkg. Cream cheese (250 g)
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and cut up
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
- 2 cups coconut
- 3 oz. Bakers semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 bar paraffin
Instructions
- Melt chipits and cheese in top of double boiler and add marshmallows. Add cherries and coconut and stir until well mixed and melted. Put all in freezer for an hour, then remove and make small balls. Melt 3 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate and 1/2 bar paraffin wax.. Put a toothpick into the balls and dip in chocolate standing the toothpick in styrofoam until set. Remove and store.
