    • 2/3 cup butter
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 1 1/4 cups icing sugar
    • 1 tsp. instant coffee
    • 1 Tbsp. rum
    • 6 squares chocolate melted and cooled
    • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter. Blend in egg yolk and sugar. Add chocolate, coffee and rum and mix well. Chill to handle, about 3 to 4 hours. Drop by teaspoonfuls into crumbs. Form into balls Roll in wafer crumbs. Chill for 2 hours and store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
