- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, partially melted
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate together and cool. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until thick, add cooled chocolate mixture and beat to blend well. Blend in flour, salt, and pecans; pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack and spread with chocolate glaze and cut into squares.
Glaze: Add butter to chocolate chips and let sit before spreading.
