    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut orange peel and butter in until crumbs form. Stir in orange juice, mixing gently to form ball of dough. Knead on lightly floured board 10 times. Pat or roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with floured, round 2 1/2 inch cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 425 for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve warm.

    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    • 5 Tbsp. butter
    • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
