List of Ingredients



• 3 cups flour
  
• 1 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 3/4 cup cooking oil
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  
• 4 cups chopped, pared, raw apple
  






Instructions



1. Measure and sift dry ingredients. Add to the liquid ingredients (combined). Add apples � mixture will be very crumbly. Pack in 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 359 oven for 45 minutes.
