• 1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
  
• 1 # can crushed pineapple and juice
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 6 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding, cooked according to package directions
  
• 8 oz. carton of frozen whipped topping
  
• 1 cup coconut
  






Instructions



1. Bake cake using a 9 x 13 inch pan. When cool, make holes with a toothpick all over the cake. While it bakes, heat pineapple and sugar; bring to boil, heating until sugar melts. Spread over cake. Prepare pudding; pour over cake, spreading to the edge; cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, spread topping over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
