• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 1-3/4 cups sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 2 cups grated zucchini
  
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
  
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  
• 2-1/2 cups flour
  
• 1/4 cup + 1 tsp. cocoa
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1 tsp. soda
  
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  
• 3/4 cup nuts (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Cream butter oil, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add zucchini and mix. Sift dry ingredients and ad alternately with buttermilk. Sir in nuts. Spread in greased and floured 9”X13” pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
