    • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
    • 3/4 cup warm water
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 tsp. lemon extract
    • 1 tsp. almond extract
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/3 cup poppy seed
    • 1/3 cup rum


    Instructions


    1. Grease bundt or angel cake pan well. Combine mixes in mixer bowl. Add water and oil and beat at low speed until combined. Add extracts and eggs one at a time, continuing to beat for 4 minutes. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Turn out on wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with rum..
