- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 pkg. Jello lemon Instant Pudding
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup poppy seed
- 1/3 cup rum
Instructions
- Grease bundt or angel cake pan well. Combine mixes in mixer bowl. Add water and oil and beat at low speed until combined. Add extracts and eggs one at a time, continuing to beat for 4 minutes. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Turn out on wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with rum..
