• 2 egg whites
  
• 3 cups icing sugar
  
• 6 Tbsp. margarine
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  
• 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  
• 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  






Instructions



1. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, 2 Tbsp. at a time. Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks. Cream margarine; add icing sugar, rind, juice, salt, and vanilla, beating until fluffy and light. Fold in egg whites. Blend well.
