    • dried apricots, soaked in brandy or cognac overnight
    • marzipan
    • chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Drain apricots well and put marzipan in the centre. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin (or Palmine), then cool slightly. Dip stuffed apricots in this and let cool on waxed paper. Keep refrigerated.
