CHICKEN BRUSCHETTA BAKE

- 19 ounce Italian Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package Stuffing Mix
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic and stuffing. Mix just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
