- 1 can fancy pitted cherries
- scoops of ice cream
- 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and water, mixed
- 2 oz. cherry brandy (approx.)
Instructions
- Put ice cream into dessert dishes and place in freezer. Drain juice from cherries; put in saucepan. Thicken with cornstarch and water and add cherries and warm in the sauce. Before serving, pour about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of brandy on top of sauce. Light and serve over ice cream.
