    FRUITED LEMON PUDDING

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope lemon pie filling
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 egg
    • 10 oz. can pineapple tidbits
    • 1-3/4 cups fluid (juice from pineapple +water)
    • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
    • 1 banana, sliced
    • 2 red-skinned apples sliced


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; add egg and blend well. Drain pineapple, saving syrup. Add syrup and water to filling mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally; add drained pineapple and marshmallows, mixing well. Chill 3 hours. Just before serving, fold in banana and apple.
