    Mix together 1/4 lb. of the butter and graham wafer crumbs. Spread mixture in a pan and bake in moderate oven for about 10 minutes. Cool. Cream 1/4 lb. butter; beat in icing sugar and unbeaten eggs and beat well together. Spread this on the cooked mixture. Top with whipped cream to which has been folded the well-drained pineapple. Place in refrigerator and allow to sit for several hours.

    • 30 graham wafers, crumbed
    • 2 eggs
    • 2-1/2 cups icing sugar
    • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
    • 1 can well-drained, crushed pineapple
