List of Ingredients
- First layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- Second layer:
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 large carton frozen whipped topping
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 large carton frozen whipped topping
- Third layer:
- 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 2-1/2 cups cold milk
- Fourth Layer:
- 1/2 large carton Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix above four ingredients (1st layer) and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Cool.
2nd layer: Beat above three ingredients and spread on cooled first layer.
3rd layer: Beat together and spread on top of second layer.
4th layer:Spread on third layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chill. Cut in squares and serve with a cherry on the top.
