    CRAB-TUNA FONDUE

    List of Ingredients


    • 7 oz. can crabmeat
    • 4 oz. can tuna
    • 5 cups cubed French bread
    • 2 cups Muenster cheese
    • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    • 4 eggs
    • 3 cups milk
    • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    • 2 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1 tsp. grated onion


    Instructions


    1. Drain and flake crabmeat, then tuna; combine together. Layer in thirds; bread, seafood, cheese, and parsley, in a 6-cup, straight-sided baking dish. Beat eggs with milk, melted butter, mustard, and onion until blended in a medium-sized bowl, then pour over layers; cover and chill at least three hours or overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
