CRAB-TUNA FONDUE

- 7 oz. can crabmeat
- 4 oz. can tuna
- 5 cups cubed French bread
- 2 cups Muenster cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. grated onion
Instructions
- Drain and flake crabmeat, then tuna; combine together. Layer in thirds; bread, seafood, cheese, and parsley, in a 6-cup, straight-sided baking dish. Beat eggs with milk, melted butter, mustard, and onion until blended in a medium-sized bowl, then pour over layers; cover and chill at least three hours or overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
