LARGE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup flour (scant)
- 3 cups milk (approximately)
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese
- salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 frozen pack lobster, thawed reserved lobster liquid
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 lb. boneless haddock fillets
- 3 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms or 3 cups fresh
Instructions
- Make cream sauce (using lobster liquid as part of the liquid. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and top with croutons. Bake at 325 until bubbly.
