    List of Ingredients


    • Pie Shell:
    • 6 oz. vegetable thins
    • 4 oz. butter or margarine
    • 1/4 cup water
    • Filling:
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1/2 green pepper
    • 7-1/2 oz. can salmon
    • 10-1/2 oz. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter and add water. Crush biscuits finely, and add to butter mixture. Mix thoroughly. Press on base and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Refrigerate. Chop onion, green pepper; drain salmon, reserving liquid. Heat butter in a saucepan and add onion and green pepper. Sauté until tender but not brown; add soup, stirring thoroughly, then remove from heat. Beat eggs and milk and add to soup mixture with salmon liquid, then season with salt and pepper. Place flaked salmon in a pie shell and pour above mixture over. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until filling is set and surface is golden brown.
