    RASPBERRY-PEACH FREEZER JAM

    • 1-1/2 pints ripe raspberries
    • 1-1/4 lb. ripe peaches
    • 7-1/4 cups sugar
    • 1/3 cup lemon juice
    • 1 bottle liquid pectin


    Instructions


    1. Scald containers. Crush berries and sieve half of them to remove seeds. Measure 2 cups into large bowl. Peel and pit peaches; chop finely or grind. Measure 1 1/2 cups into the bowl with the raspberries; mix sugar into the fruit and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine lemon juice and Certo and add to fruit; stir for 3 minutes. Ladle quickly into containers, cover, and let stand for 24 hours, then store in freezer.
