SPICED PEACH AND BLUEBERRY JAM

- 1 quart blueberries
- 4 pounds peaches
- 5 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
- 1/2 tsp. whole allspice
Instructions
- Peel and pit peaches; force through coarse blade of food chopper. Combine berries and peaches in kettle, add water and bring to a boil. slowly, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes or until fruit is clear. Remove spice bag and ladle into 8 – 6 oz. glasses. Cover with paraffin.
