    AUNTIE’S PORK CHOPS

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 large pork chops
    • 2 large cans pork and beans
    • 2 Tbsp. shortening
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 tsp. bottled mustard
    • 2-3 shakes Worcestershire
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • pepper
    • salt


    Instructions


    1. Heat shortening in frying pan and brown chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients, except beans – mix well and add to beans. Arrange bean mixture on bottom of a large greased Pyrex dish 9 x 13 inches or larger, then top with foil and bake in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Serve with tossed salad and French bread.
