AUNTIE’S PORK CHOPS

List of Ingredients
- 8 large pork chops
- 2 large cans pork and beans
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. bottled mustard
- 2-3 shakes Worcestershire
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Heat shortening in frying pan and brown chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients, except beans – mix well and add to beans. Arrange bean mixture on bottom of a large greased Pyrex dish 9 x 13 inches or larger, then top with foil and bake in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Serve with tossed salad and French bread.
