- Dough:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 100 ml water
- Filling:
- 1-3/4 lbs. carrots
- 1/2-2/3 lb. pork or other leftover meat
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. whipping cream or table cream
- fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
- salt, sugar, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut butter into flour and salt. Add water, knead and put n fridge for at least a 1/2 hour. Pat into greased springform pan, and bake it for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Filling: Cut carrots in slices, sauté in butter, add rest and season. Put into a crust and bake for 30 more minutes.
