- 1 pouch dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. chilli powder, oregano, and garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 10 Tostado Shells or Taco Shells halved
Instructions
Final Comments
Combine soup mix, water, seasonings and ground beef. Simmer 10 minutes; add green peppers. In a baking pan, alternate Shells meant and cheese in 2 stacks of 5 equal layers; add remaining sauce. Bake, covered at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
