WILD RICE & TURKEY CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 6 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimento
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups diced turkey
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- Prepare rice. Saut� vegetables and combine with water chestnuts, rice, soup, sour cream and turkey. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes, covered, then 30 minutes uncovered in a 350 oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and almonds and brown slightly under broiler.
