- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup soya sauce
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups dark rum
- 3 Tbsp. fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Keep in refrigerator in jar for up to 6 weeks. Use with meat and vegetables (1/2 cup per pound of meat.
