    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can consommé
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    • pork chops


    Instructions


    1. Cook first four ingredients until thickened and clear. Brown chops a little; pour sauce over chops and bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (try with fork after 1 hour), covered loosely with foil.
