• 7 lb. prime rib roll
  
• 2 tsp. vinegar
  
• 1 tsp. mustard
  
• 1 Tbsp. white sugar
  
• 1/4 tsp. allspice
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  






Instructions



1. Mix all together and brush on the roast. Cook in 190 degree oven for one hour per pound.
